The PT-120 projection chipset features individual Red, Green and Blue PT-120 devices, each with a 12 mm2 emitting area. The large emitting area makes this chipset ideal for use in projectors and projection TV, with 16x9 microdisplay diagonals ranging from 0.6” to 0.95”. Like all PhlatLight projection chipsets, the PT-120 can be used with DLP®, LCoS and HTPS LCD microdisplays. PT-120 devices are also available individually for high performance illumination applications other than microdisplay projection.
