Senior LED Test Systems Engineer

Develop and deploy LED test systems

• Responsible for developing, deploying and supporting test systems for wafer- and package-level LED testing; defining test methodology based on customer requirements; specifying test instrumentation and equipment; writing software for test control, data collection and processing and integrating it into working test stations; writing engineering documentation, operating procedures and manuals; and defining, planning and executing tool qualifications
• M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, LabVIEW programming skills, and 10 years industrial test engineering experience required
• Experience with Optical Test Methodologies, PC-based data acquisition, data logging and instrument control, opto-mechanical design, and volume manufacturing
• Knowledge of automation for process control, circuit design, semiconductor wafer testing, metrology and SPC tools, and automation for process control
