Manage day-to-day production of Luminus products at contract manufacturers and business relationships with them, and represent planning and purchasing on product outsource products
- Responsible for developing forecast and schedules for activities at contract manufacturers based on high level demand schedules, planning activities at contract manufacturers, managing delivery schedules and purchase orders from contract manufacturers and their products, and tracking metrics on performance of contract manufacturers
- Develop, negotiate and maintain master service agreements and contractual agreements with outsource partners; work with cross-functional teams to transfer products to outsource partners; develop and maintain business relationships with supply partners; coordinate product and process changes and ECO's impacting contract manufacturing; and manage projects
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years purchasing/manufacturing experience using contract manufacturing (preferably dealing with semiconductor fabrication and packaging) required
- Working knowledge of MRP systems, proficient in MS Office applications, and excellent multitasking skills; experience with Asian suppliers desirable
