Responsible for the internal management of specification, qualification, data analysis, and characterization of development epi wafers used to develop high brightness LEDs
- Responsibilities include starting and shepherding epi evaluation and qualification lots in the foundry and providing epi characterization, data analysis and performance qualification reports
- BS with 0-5 years experience in a suitable engineering or scientific discipline (i.e. materials science, electrical/mechanical engineering, or physics)
- Good understanding of basic semiconductor materials and devices in general, and semiconductor epitaxial growth in particular, either from course work or lab experience
- Strong data analysis skills dealing with database scripting and reporting, and strong presentation skills
