Expand Luminus' intellectual property portfolio including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets
- Responsible for working closely with management to define company IP strategy; driving expansion of IP portfolio including patents, trademarks and trade secrets; driving freedom to commercialize process for all new Luminus product offerings; meeting regularly with outside IP counsel to set priorities; and identifying licensing opportunities and negotiating terms and conditions
- BA/BS degree in engineering or similar discipline and 5+ years experience with IP in a corporate setting required
- Deep understanding of IP portfolio management, including patent prosecution, office actions, and IP legal terminology; and the ability to define licensing terms and conditions
